It reads,

A SATIRICAL ODE TO ROBERT LAVOY FINICUM

ROBERT LAVOY FINICUM – got a number of folks to grin again.
Dressed like Your Highness – in Cabaelas finest
He put his tarped self on display.

And spouting crude libertariums – his thoughts like a lighted aquarium
with fish swimming ’round – that would start at the sound
Of those he held mentally at bay.

But like all good things that must end – LaVoy made a couple of friends
Who watched their prelate – use his power to bait
And get his own poor dumb ass blown away.

So if you’re somehow expecting a boy – be sure to name him LaVoy
It’s what He would want – being so nonchalant
About dying a hero that way.
